Summer Camp Finland – Visa Invitation Letter Terms
- Provision of Invitation Letters: Summer Camp Finland provides invitation letters only as a part of the visa application process for clients who have fully paid for their travel packages. The issuance of an invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval, as this is at the discretion of the respective consulate or embassy.
- Use of Invitation Letters: The invitation letters provided are intended solely for the purpose of supporting a visa application and cannot be used for any other purposes.
- You may need to pay a reservation fee for the camp before an invitation letter is delivered.
Summer Camp Finland – Cancellation Policy Due to Visa Denial
- Notification of Visa Denial: Clients must notify us in writing within 48 hours of receiving the visa denial, attaching proof of denial from the consulate or embassy.
- Refund Policy: In cases of visa denial, the following refund policy applies:
- A refund of 80% of the total trip cost will be provided if the client informs us of the visa denial at least 30 days before the scheduled departure.
- A 50% refund will be provided for notifications received less than 30 days but more than 14 days before the scheduled departure.
- No refund will be available if the notification is received less than 14 days before the scheduled departure.
- Administrative Fee: All refunds are subject to an administrative fee of 1-5% of the total package cost to cover processing and operational expenses.
- Non-Refundable Costs: Certain costs that are prepaid to third parties, such as non-refundable hotel bookings, airline tickets, and specific tour fees, are not eligible for a refund under any circumstances.
- Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers visa denial to mitigate potential losses due to the cancellation of the trip.
Please note that the issuance of an invitation letter for our summer camp may take up to 14 days. The invitation letter does not guarantee visa approval, as this is at the discretion of the respective consulate or embassy.
Start making your travel plans well on time, as the consulates may experience some busy periods ahead of the holiday seasons, especially during the summer months and around the holiday seasons at the end of the year.
