Hyvinkää area is safe and peaceful atmosphere for both studying and teaching. Our schools lie right next to a large recreational nature reserve Sveitsi with a swimming center and excellent sports facilities for football, ice-hockey and curling conveniently nearby. It takes only some 15 minutes to walk to the railway station.

Härkävehmaa comprehensive school is located also in the beautiful Sveitsi Nature Park and close to the town center. The school consists of grades 3-9 and currently there is 300 students. In Sveitsin lukio, an upper secondary school, there are two profiles of study: natural science and general, with about 420 students. Here one can study biology, geography, physics and chemistry, languages, sports, drama and visual arts and cinematic art.
